Tennessee Young Farmers and Ranchers Take Home Top Honors
During the 93rd Annual Meeting of the American Farm Bureau Federation, the Tennessee Young Farmers & Ranchers took home top honors in the Achievement Award and Excellence in Agriculture competitions. Young farmers and ranchers from around the country competed for the awards by demonstrating knowledge of and achievement in agriculture, as well as commitment to promoting the agriculture industry.
Tennessee Farm Bureau Standing Out at American Farm Bureau Annual Meeting
Tennessee Farm Bureau received the Pinnacle Award at the 93rd Annual Meeting of the American Farm Bureau Federation. This is the highest honor given to a state in each membership category. Our Young Farmers and Ranchers also gave their all, as we had top competitors in each of the three contests.

Farm Bureau Programs
The Tennessee Farm Bureau Federation has four key initiatives: Young Farmers & Ranchers, Farm Bureau Women, Agriculture in the Classroom and Tennessee Farm Fresh. We invite you to learn more about each of these programs.
Farm Bureau Women promote agriculture, increase agricultural literacy, contribute to priority issues, and participate in leadership development opportunities.
YF&R promotes leadership skills for farmers ages 18-35. Members share a common bond for the agricultural lifestyle, are interested in leadership development, and are dedicated to solving problems facing agriculture.
The Agriculture in the Classroom program encourages teaching about agriculture and its role in our society and economy. We offer resources and assistance to Tennessee's educators in the instruction of ag-related concepts in the classroom.
Find a farmer through the Tennessee Farm Fresh program, a specialized program in cooperation with the Tennessee Farm Bureau and the Tennessee Department of Agriculture that helps the local producer market their farm fresh products.
